    This highly visible position is the Distribution Facility at our Harrisonville, MO location.  The Line Puller accurately puts away Finished Good product to warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

     

    Starting rate of $15.24 / hr with growth opportunities up to $19.92 / hr

     

    Shift differential of $.50 for 2nd & 3rd shifts. 

    Responsibilities

     

    What you’ll do:

     

    • Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts
    • Open and close work orders in WMS at a changeover or when needed
    • Assist with inventory management and physical inventories for packaging materials and finished goods
    • Manage daily disposal and replenishment associated raw materials and waste removal
    • Combine partials at end of production run
    • Manage rework area and return product to lines for repackaging
    • Responsible for accurate warehousing of Finished Goods inventory from production line under WMS direction
    • Keeps work area clean and neat
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Un-jamming the palletizer (LOTO authorized)
    • Regular and predictable attendance is required

    Qualifications

    What you’ll need:

     

    • High school diploma or equivalency
    • Minimum one year of forklift operator/powered industrial truck experience while working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in warehousing, shipping or receiving.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Good organizational/time management skills
    • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work for long periods of time, under pressure, to produce results
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Basic math skills
    • Able to make changes and demonstrate ambiguity
